Richard Davis is a devoted father and minister of the gospel. He resides in Spotsylvania, VA raising his three children, Richard II, Abigail, and Sunshine.

As a child, Richard knew he was purposed for ministry and has used all his talents and spiritual gifts to build the kingdom of God. While still a teenager, Richard began in ministry at The People’s Union Baptist Church, in King George, VA, serving as the Minister of Music, Youth Pastor, Youth Director for the National Baptist Association, and the Associate Director of Choirs and Choruses for the National Baptist Association. After graduation from Brooke Point High School, in Stafford VA, he studied Divinity and Theology through the Triangle Bible Institute and seminary at Washington Bible College. As a young adult, he served as the Minister of Music and Prophetic Ministry as an Associate Pastor at Emmanuel Faith Ministries, in Colonial Beach, VA. During this time, he also served as the Minister of Music for the North American region of the Jabula International Network under the leadership of Bishop Tudor Bismark and Bishop Hugh Daniel Smith. Later, Richard joined the staff at Strong Tower Church, in Fredericksburg, VA, as the Director of Creative Arts where he served for 10 years. He also assisted in the area of Congregational Care and served as the Director of Care and Community Outreach.

Richard is a captivating speaker with a dynamic preaching and teaching style. He is known as an energetic presenter with a prophetic edge. Workshops, classes, and prophetic schools have been birthed within his ministry career. Now, Richard is moving forward in establishing “The Oasis Church” in continuation of his call to ministry.
